Lost DB Link after 5.1 upgrade

Lost DB Link after 5.1 upgrade

OK second go around with the upgrade from 5.0 to 5.1 SP2 (I'm using the recently posted version). The upgrade went ok, except now I've lost the data. I suppose it's just the link to the databse. If someone could help me I'd appreciate it as I don't want to lose my historical data and tasks, plus I don't fancy having to re-import all of those devices.
