Managed reports - Servers missing 5.2 SP2 on x64

We've an issue with reporting on our 5.2 SIM server where when we run a managed report, say on servers with array controllers, we only get back a list of 20 servers.

It appears the information is no longer being collected from the agents on the servers I think as if I delete all the servers in SIM, then perform a discovery of all the servers again, I can then see servers in the report that were absent before hand.

This has occured a few times now and in the past we've rebuilt the servers completely from scratch with new DBs but yet the issue keeps coming back to haunt us.

Has anyone else seen this behaviour?
