Manually adding servers for ping monitoring

Trying to manually add some servers for ping monitoring and unable to do so. The server is non hp running Windows NT. Have tried to add them both by name and ip address, unable to do so. I am able to ping them from the sim server, running W2K3.

Do you get an error?
At a guess you have discovery filters enabled and you're filtering out unknown devices.
These will be Unknown or Unmanaged devices depending on what HPSIM discovers.

I disabled the discovery filters as advised and that allowed me to add the servers. Thank You.
