Many DCOM Error 10009 in a Insight Control 6.2/6.3 server

Hi all!

I have a huge amount of DCOM error 10009 in a custs Insight Control server version 6.2. This is a Insight Dynamics installation so the hole suite is Insight Control. I have now uprade to 6.3 and the error is still coming.

Back in 2003-2005 I can see a couple of threads about the same problem.

Anyone have a good solution about this??

Alot things can cause this - I am seeing a lot more of it now than I used to and of those I have worked on it was determined to be related to security add-ons to the OS or some port blocking somewhere. I think in one case it happened after a switch had its fw upgraded. We figured that out after realizing they were all coming from a particular segment.
