Method of reinstalling Insight Management Agent

Hello,all

The disk threshold cannot be preserved with the DL100 Strage Server system.

It thinks about reinstalling Agent referring to this page.

Please teach the agent's reinstalling.

1.Is reinstalling good only in "Insight Management Agent"?
Or, should I reinstall the software installed with PSP?
("System Management Homepage" etc.)

2.reinstall it from "Addition and deletion of the program" menu of "Control panel"?

If I suspected the management agents were not installed correctly, I'd try a reinstall of just the HP Insight Management agents. These can be got from the hp site under the dl100 model and software and driver downloads.

If the version is the same as already installed it may prompt to give the option to not update or continue to update. If no option to continue, then I'd use the add/remove program control panel option to remove the agents then reinstall as above.

Using the PSP allows which drivers to install and will allow a new homepage as well as agents to be installed (deselect other drivers you don't want overwritten).

It may be other parameters that are giving your issue though - check snmp, certificates, threshold reset values etc.

ProLiant 100 series servers are not compatible with HP value-added software. There is no ProLiant Support Pack available for it.

If you have tried to distribute a disk threshold to a 100 series server from HP SIM, that is not an available feature.
