I want to deploy the latest version of PSP to all the servers I manage and need to have an installation feedback for each server. I have to know if they need a reboot to plan this with users.
The today configuration consists of a heterogeneous machines park and PSP versions.

I think I don't get your question but
after installing the latest PSP the system will ask for a reboot at your earliest inconvience.

So the system need to reboot after it.

u can restart the service only it will have the same effect if u dont want to restart the system

Are you suggesting that a reboot of the server is not necessary, and restarting the service is all that is required during a PSP upgrade/install? If so which services need to be restarted in order to prevent the reboot?

What about the driver updates?

I'm agree with the fact that restarting all the HP Insight agents is enough for the management agents 7.30.

But before the new drivers are used, a reboot is required.
