Migrate HPSim 5.1 from HP-UX cms to windows cms

I need to migrate HPSim 5.1 from an HP-UX 11.11 cms with a PostgreSQL database to a windows cms. I'm currently runnig gWLM A.03.00 and capacity advisor A.03.00 on my HP-UX cms and I need to make sure my historical data makes the migration too! I have the VSE suite avaliable to load on my new windows cms. Any ideas?
