Migration from Version 4.2 to 5.0 using an SQL DB

I have imported an sql db from a 4.2 Insight Manager to a sql db on version 5.0. The import went fine, however I am no longer able to login through the web interface. It keeps giving me invalid login. Any suggestions on how to remedy the issue?
