Monitoring Pro Liant Server 380 Gen10 Windows Server 2022 with SNMP
Hello,
is it possible to monitor a Pro Liant 380 Gen 10 with Windows Server 2022 via SNMP?
we have no Problem installing the HP Insight management Agent on a Pro Liant Server gen 9 with Windows Server 2019 .
If we try to install Version 10 i get the following Event:
The software is not supported for installation on this system.
The installation program couldn't find the appropriate system management controller driver which is required but is not currently installed. Please install the appropriate system management controller driver and then rerun the setup program.
The are no Components missing in the System manager ind ILO is installed on the latest Version.
if we try to install Version 11 we get this event:
OS not Supportet
Trying to install webm providers in Any Version ends in:
The installation procedure did not complete successfully. An error occurred during the setup process.
Does anyone have an idea?

Hello,
The insight management agents and the system management homepage (SMH) are no longer supported.
On newer servers the best method for monitoring them is through the use of the Agentless Management Service (AMS). As long as you install AMS and the iLO CHIF driver, you can have the iLO forward any SNMP trap events to a destination.
