Monitoring Windows Services

Where do I configure to monitor Windows services. For example, if the Print Spooler service stops I would like to be notified.

Thank you for the quick response! You were right on.

I have one more question I'm getting to post. I don't know what SNMP SETS are ... but I *think* I need them enabled in order to make changes to certain things remotely, for eaxmple Disk Thresholds.
