MS IIS on and Windows 2003 with HP SIM 5

I wonder if it is possible to have MS IIS on the same server that has HP SIM 5 (Windows 2003 SP1)?

If Yes, does it matter in what order I install IIS / HP SIM?

Any known problem with running IIS / HP SIM together on the same server?

HP SIM provides its own HTTP services, although with the addition of the Vulnerability and Patch Management Pack the Harris StatScan component uses IIS and must be installed. So, no problems with IIS on the same server.
