MXdomain manager memory/App leak ?
Once SIM loads, it's taking 2.25Gb.... within 1 hour that's up to 2.40Gb.... and so on etc etc.
Server is a physical not virt machine, running server 2003.3.2Gb RAM.
Any way to downgrade back to 5.** ?
Either that or need to work out why i have a leak and fix it of course.

Re: MXdomain manager memory/App leak ?
Don't feel bad. I'm running 2008 x64 with 4GB of ram and HP SIM 6.0 mxdomainmgr is using 2.25GB of ram now.
My server is pegged with 7MB free of ram.
I don't know if it is one of these systems that will just suck up as much ram is available to the system or what. If I throw more RAM in the box, will it chew it up as well???

Re: MXdomain manager memory/App leak ?
Was looking for the 6.1 dowload but kept getting re-directed back to 6.0.

Re: MXdomain manager memory/App leak ?
I installed 5.3 on a test machine and imported a good %age of our machines and it's working perfectly.
Anyone know of a simple way to downgrade back to 5.3 ?

Re: MXdomain manager memory/App leak ?
My HPSIM 6.0/6.1 is pretty messed up too and I had no choice but to rebuild it from scratch with mxnode -a and since my 6.1 doesnt give me the possibility to see custom collections with mxcollection I even had to rebuild my collection manually.
I am really really fed up, I admit :(
HP only offers paid support. It seems they dont care at all about general errors as long as you do not pay or you are lucky to use a system younger than 90 days for your HPSIM.

Re: MXdomain manager memory/App leak ?
Mine is bombing out at 5.8Gb of ram, you finding you need more than that ?
FWIW i've replicated most of our servers on another machien and that's not leaking nor using a huge ammount of RAM. It'/s also now running 6.0
