nas box is showing as an unmanaged system

nas box is showing as an unmanaged system

have a nas management appliance e7000 and it is showing up as an unmanaged system in hp im.

have logged on to the agent on the nas and all config is the same as any other server.

snmp settings are correct and i have swapped certs with the hp im server

any ideas...
