New license needed for upgrading IM 4.2 to 5?

If I upgrade from Insight Manager 4.2 to the latest version Insight Manager 5. Do I need to renew my license?

What license? HPSIM doesn't have a license.

Do you mean for the additional products like PMP, VMM etc?
