no failed/degraded items
my server's System Management Homepage always showing "no failed/degraded items" without showing any other OK, Degraded components such as NIC, Performance, Recovery, etc. May i know what should i do to solve this problem? Any software i didn't install properly?
P.S. This thread has been moved from ITRC server mgmt (Insight Manager 7) Forum to ITRC HP Systems Insight Manager Forum - HP Forums Moderator

Re: no failed/degraded items
You have to configure SNMP to use proper Community string and then install Management agents version 7.20. You should see colored boxes in the system management homepage. If there is any hardware failure, then you should see it in the failed and degraded items..

Re: no failed/degraded items
How do I configure the snmp community string as per the reply above? I am getting the same message. Any suggestions?
