No information is displayed under MP, SW

I am using HP SIM 5.3 to manage HP System Management Homepage v3.0.1.73.

I have configured the HP System Management Homepage v3.0.1.73 on managed node to trust by certificate and have already imported the server certificate of HP SIM manager to the managed node.

I also configured the SNMP service of managed node for TRAP and SECURITY.

Then, I discover the managed node manually on HP SIM server side, it ends up the model is unknow system type (it is a BL460c G6 server), no information is displayed under MP and SW as depicted in attachment.

Any step missed?

If server has an MP and SIM will try to discover it. Make sure that network connection from sim to MP are permitted, MP has a configured IP address and you have configured SIM to discover MP after managed node with MP has been discovered.

About SW - sometime it happens you need to logout or even restart SIM to make SW column changed :(
