No information presented on Device Home Page

I've just installed PSP 7.70 onto my Windows 2003 server & when I go to view the Device Home page I get no information at all - just an Overall System Status of 'no failed/degrded items'. The trust & SNMP settings are set correctly. I've seen this before on older versions so its not specific to 7.70 - I just never figured out the problem - anyone, any ideas?

D_Local/Anonymous Access-Nothing
E_Trust Mode>Secure Trust Modes:Trust by Certificate
F_Trusted Management Servers>Importe you Insight server certificate
G_User Groups-Nothing.

Verify with this option!
