No inventory information is available to obtain a list of Support Packs from
On the server where I have HP Insight Manager V4.2 installed I go into the Version Control Agent, select change agent settings, input the login credentials which are accepted but I then get the message:-
No inventory information is available to obtain a list of Support Packs from. A valid Version Control Repository Manager that contains one or more Support Packs must be configured before a Reference Support Pack may be selected. If you have just selected a repository, please wait a few minutes and then refresh this page.
It rhen says Click the Finish button to set the selected Reference Support Pack and save the settings. However when I do this under Reference Support Pack it says (No selection). At no point does it allow me to select a reference support pack even though they exist in the correct repository location.
Anyone any ideas on this I would be grateful.
Thanks
Lenny

Re: No inventory information is available to obtain a list of Support Packs from
Answer was the same as a posting by Simon Blairs on 16th Nov this year. The server was a 2003 server and the repository had only been populated for W2K.
