No "Automatic Event Handling" menu after update to SIM 5.2

My Problem: Under Options -> Events is no menu about Automatic Event Handling. There WAS such an menu - but after migrating to version 5.2 it isnt anymore.
I found an xml named actionon events.xml under \programme\hp\systems insight manager\actions - but how is this inserted into the insight server ???

I just checked, and mine is there. However, I used the original 5.2 install. HP just re-released 5.2 to fix some install bugs - maybe they introduced a new bug.

Which 5.2 install did you use?

Solution found (self) ! Rights-Problem...

Admin-Account has "All Tools" on "All Managed Systems" - but this is not enough , he needs also "All Tools" on "CMS".
