Hi,
i have installed SIM and find that it cannot discover and servers after running discovery.
Checking on the system log i find this error "unable to load a required driver"
any help?

It could be a couple of things. Make sure that you have the System Management COntroller Driver installed. When you perform your Discovery, make sure "Unknown" is included in your filter. Did you list your IP addresses for your search?
