open ssl problem

I'm having hundreds of problem due to openssl in windows hpsim

I've reinstalled it on both the cms and managed host but can't have running well

At the moment the error I'm receiving when I try to run a job on a host ( ie deploy vmm agent ) is " cannot connect host key mismatch"

I've just run the mxagentconfig command for such host .

What am I missing ?
