Oracle Temp Space Full with SIM nightly batch process

I am running a 9i Oracle database on the backend for the HP SIM application. The data is less than 250MB in development, however, the temp space fills up each night no matter how large I make it - currently it is set to 3GB. It happens during the nightly polling process when the data is being loaded back in the database.

Has anyone seen this behavior with SIM?
