Performance Management Pack Config problems
I have SIM running without problems.
I have now tried to get Performance Management Pack up and running. It is installed on the CMS, and 3 other Clients.
It works fine on the CMS, but I cannot get it to work on ANY client.
I have changed all the settings as per HP's advice under troubleshooting but cannot get them to work. Does anybody have any advice or share some experience?
I really appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Re: Performance Management Pack Config problems
The PMP itself only gets installed on the CMS. Once there you need to license the Servers you want PMP to monitor.
For that I've found PMP to be very sensitive to the SNMP Settings.
Check that you have valid community names set up on both the Server and HPSIM.
Also check the HPSIM Server has SNMP Access via the Allowed Hosts.
If there are changes here, you may need to rerun the Identification task.
All eligible Servers available should then be listed under the License Screen.
Providing you have entered the PMP License keys you should be able to license them.
Once done you go to the PMP Configuration screen to start monitoring. You can select any of the options, I usually just select Monitor unless I specifically want to log data.

Re: Performance Management Pack Config problems
Hi Rob,
I had licenced all my servers, and checked what you recommended.
Still couldn't get it to work.
I just installed the latest version 4.01 ontop of the old.
It's now working fine. Who knows. Thanks anyway.
