Hi all, the problem that I am having, is with the licenses. At first I couldn't see some of the servers in the server list on the license page and now that I can see the servers the box that you are suppose to check to install the license is not display and there is a message, stating that the management agent needed is 6.3 or higher. I check the server and the agent on the server is 6.4. any suggestions?

Just a few thoughts:

1) Try installing latest available agents (7.0)

2) Make sure SNMP server is configured correctly. Although I guess it would already be if they're showing up in the IM GUI.

FYI - I think this post should be in the IM7 forum, right? PMP isn't on SIM yet, is it?
