Cannot View Server Info in HPSIM7
I have several servers that do not show its information in HPSIM. I can go to the System Management Homepage and can login, but for some reason on several servers I am only able to see the Home tab, I do not get settings, etc. Also when logged in on SMH for some of these servers in the upper right hand corner where it states the System Model it shows unknown, and none for system status. Alot of the servers that are not reporting are ML310 G1's providing the role of an SMS server. I have tried restarting the agents on the server but it did not make any changes.

Re: Cannot View Server Info in HPSIM7
Hi,
I've solved a problem like this on my servers.
Try to configure the SNMP Service. In the Security tab, select "Accept SNMP packets from these hosts" and add the Ip address "127.0.0.1" (localhost).
Good luck.

Re: Cannot View Server Info in HPSIM7
Good morning,
I tried doing the above suggestion but unfortunately it was unsuccesful. Anyone else have any ideas? I seem to be having problems with alot of ML310 G1's at our remote sites. I have tried restarting the SNMP service which also stops and restarts HP Insight Web, Foundation, Storage, Server and NIC agents. Also tried downloading fresh from HP the agents to those specific boxes and reloading them as well just in case they were somehow corrupted by being pushed out by SMS. Any and all suggestions are much appreciated.
