Performance status = ?

Performance status = ?

Hi All

all my devices are showing ?'s under ferformance status. I have restarted the performance management services and still they show the ?'s.

I am running Insight Manager 4.2 Build C.04.02.00.00 HP Performance Management Pack 3.1

Is this a bug, i had it working before, but for some reason stopped, want to get all green check marks

A few things, PMP 3.1.1 is available for download.
Fixes a couple of bugs. See:

Also, try going to the PMP Config Screen, selecting ALl servers, and uncheck Monitor, Log , Alert. And apply that and then reselect and check the Servers for the Monitor and whatever else you require and apply.

You may also want to check out SP2 for HPSIM.
