PMP 3.1 Didnot apear on Pulldown Menu on SIM4.2

After sussesfull upgrade and I reintall againg. Option pulldown menu don't show PMP option, Nor Reports or Diagnose shows aout PMP selection. If I go to local box it shous up on the agent itself.

I have other Installs of 4.2 running with no problems at all.
