PMP and MP on discoverd ProLiant systems

I have a Dell WS running SIM 5.0 on Windows XP. I am having problem to get my WS to handle PMP and MP for the discovered HP ProLiant DL360 DL380 G3. The five free licences that come with SIM. I called HP support and did not get much help from them. Hopefully somebody has this problem and can help. The licensees for MP are there.
