PMP on DL380G4

Hello,
I always have alerts on disk array A with PMP (install with HPSIM 5) on a DL380 G4. the message is :
much higher than recommanded disk activity has been detected.
The server is not yet in production . The disk on this array are 36 Go 15k. The firmware for the smart is up to date.

There's definitely something broke somewhere. It is very unusual to have absolutely no read activity and your write activity is way out of whack. These numbers indicate:

Average write 7.4 kilobytes/sec (slower than floppy!)

On average it takes 55,916 seconds (931 minutes) to do a write.

On average there are 168,475 disk operations waiting to complete.

The first thing I'd check is to fire up PerfMon and see what it reports the activity as being.
