Possible Insight Agent False Alarms on BL45P blade servers?

We are getting HP Insight Agent messages from BL45P Blade servers to say that our BL45P's are being removed from their enclosures and inserted back into the enclosures when they are clearly not.

Example of remove and insert enclosure messages below

Event Name: Enclosure removed (22003)
Event originator: COR-DB1-LIVE
Event Severity: Informational
Event received: 26-Mar-2006, 05:52:57

Event description: The enclosure has been removed. This trap signifies that an enclosure has been removed from the rack. User Action: None.

Rack Name: SGC30
Rack ID: 800FJTK85L
Enclosure Name:
Model: Power_Chassis,1ph_INTL_
Serial Number: 800FJTK85L

Event Name: Enclosure inserted (22004)
Event originator: COR-DB1-LIVE
Event Severity: Informational
Event received: 26-Mar-2006, 05:53:09

Event description: The enclosure has been inserted. This trap signifies that an enclosure has been inserted into the rack. User Action: None.

Rack Name: SGC30
Rack ID: 800FJTK85L
Enclosure Name:
Model: Power_Chassis,1ph_INTL_
Serial Number: 800FJTK

Also we see BL45P's get reported as falling off the network. We are not sure if they actually do or not as the blades are not live yet.

Examples Below

Event Name: System is unreachable
Event originator: COR-DB1-LIVE
Event Severity: Critical
Event received: 20-Mar-2006, 11:52:34
Event description: The current system is no longer reachable from the central management server, hardware status polling has marked this system as not responding

Event Name: System is reachable
Event originator: COR-DB1-LIVE
Event Severity: Normal
Event received: 20-Mar-2006, 11:57:20
Event description: The current system is now reachable from the central management server, hardware status polling has marked this system as responding

Although these examples are on one BL45P Blade server we have the same problem on atleast two BL45P's in different enclsoures both installed in slot 1 and 2 in each emclosure.

Anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?

Any known false alarms on HP insight agents?

Any known problems with BL45P losing connection with enclosures?

Any help appreciated.

Both BL45P are running Red Hat Linux Enterprise AS3 as an operating system

Re: Possible Insight Agent False Alarms on BL45P blade servers?

Any luck tracking down this issue? I had every blade in a chassis report this at the exact same time. Nothing happening with the servers when the traps occurred.
