Problem with CR3500

Compaq CR3500 Cluster in a box servers do not display properly in HP SIM 4. Only one of the 2 node names will appear at any time and the one displayed will not appear as a member of a cluster.

Anyone get these servers to work correctly with HP SIM?

Make certain that the hp Management Agents are installed on the server.

Once installed, goto the hp Management Agents applet in the Control Panel (assuming Windows) and ensure that the Cluster Information Agent is set to active.

You may have to rerun Autodiscovery on the cluster nodes to get the nodes and the cluster recognized for what they are.
