Re: Problem with events notifications
You need to create a task in the Automatic Event Handling section. There you select events by severity : Critical, Major, Warning; then select types of devices, for exaple "all servers"; then select what to do in case of the event i.e. e-mail notification; then time filter if any.
Try to send a test SNMP trap, which is a "major" event by default, and see if the task is triggered.
Hope it helps

Re: Problem with events notifications
Andrei,
I delete other automatic event handling task and I created a new task : where severity is critical or major or minor or informational. Select system where system type is cluster or server or unmanaged or unknown, sending email with a time filter is any. Then I reboot a machine and take out a network cable on another. But I didn't receive anything in my mailbox
