Problems with Microsoft hotfix KB867801

How can we resolve the problem when the Microsoft hotfix KB867801 is installed on the server?
There is any pacth for HP System Insight Manager 4.1 already available?

The problem is being worked with a high priority. There is no information about what the solution will entail.

Today you have one of two options:

Use Mozilla or Netscape since this is not an OS patch but an IE patch, or un-install the hotfix.

The latter is not the best option because it involves opening yourself up to a vulnerability that is known and has been know to be exploited.
