Receiving rising alarms multiple times...

Hi,

I have installed SIM 4.1 and set disk thresholds for all my servers. For the systems with a disk usage percent higher than the warning and critical thresholds, I get Rising alarms (rev. 3). The "problem" is that I receive those alarms every day. Normally I should only receive them again if the usage percent falls below the reset value and then rises again till above the actual threshold. But I can't imagine that this happening every day. The reset value is 5% lower than the related threshold value...

Does someone recognize this behavior? Thanks!

I have seen this when the Insight Agent is restarted it will send another disc threshold alarm as long as disc usage is above the threshold.
