Problems with OpenIPMI-1.4.14-1.3E.10

I have a Linux machine with:
uname -a
Linux ELITE-02 2.4.21-27.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Dec 1 21:59:02 EST 2004 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux
and
HP Proliant DL380G5 5160 4G
and
more redhat-release
Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 4)
and
[root@ELITE-02 etc]# rpm -qa | grep -i ipmi
OpenIPMI-libs-1.4.14-1.3E.10
OpenIPMI-1.4.14-1.3E.10
OpenIPMI-devel-1.4.14-1.3E.10

When I load ipmi I get next error.
[root@ELITE-02 init.d]# ./ipmi status
ipmi_msghandler module loaded.
ipmi_si_drv module not loaded.
ipmi_devintf module loaded.
/dev/ipmi0 does not exist.
[root@ELITE-02 init.d]# ./ipmi start
Starting ipmi drivers: [FAILED]
[root@ELITE-02 init.d]#

I try to do this but I have problems
[root@ELITE-02 init.d]# modprobe ipmi_si_drv
modprobe: Can't locate module ipmi_si_drv

and

and I need a file in this path
/lib/modules/2.4.21-27.ELsmp/kernel/drivers/char/ipmi/ipmi_si_drv.o

but
How Can I get this file
ipmi_si_drv.o
