Problems with PSP 7.70 on Linux RH Ent 3

We upgrade PSP 7.20 for Red Hat Ent. Linux 3 to PSP 7.70.
From that moment, when we run a backup (with Arkeia) after the backup is finished the tape will not eject. (on all Servers same problem)
The eject will not work with the Linux commands and even with the eject button on the tape-unit.
After a reboot of the Server, we can eject the tape without any problems.
I think about uninstalling PSP, but how is this possible?
