When I came in this morning (an auto discovery runs every night) ALL servers had a Product Model value of IBM!
If I run a data collection on any of the servers the Product Subtype is HP Proliant but the Product Model is IBM?!?!?!?
If I delete the entry and rediscover it it's the same!
Has anyone seen this?

Re: Product Model is always IBM!
Try a Configure/Repair agent.
Restore globalsettings.props from a working backup if the above does'nt work.

Re: Product Model is always IBM!
Failed to connect to CIMOM: CIM_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED(CIM_ERR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access to a CIM resource was not available to the client: "LogonUser()")
I am enterign a valid administrator account for that server.
I tried copying a known good globalsettings.props over but still no joy.
I fear a complete reinstall is in order!

Re: Product Model is always IBM!
Product Model: IBM
System Type: Desktop
Subtype: None
Protocol: DMI
Priority: 6
System Object Identifier: -
Does that sound right?
I certainly didn't add this, but I don't understand the terminology fully regarding these values?
