PSP 7.40A Upgrade

Good day,

When upgrading servers from either PSP 7.00 or PSP 7.20 the HPDIAGS (cp005414.exe) doesn't get updated. No entry are being recorded for this component in the cpqsetup.log. I've got a /force on it. After the reboot of the server (folowing the PSP7.40 upgrade)I restarted the installation and the the HPDIAGS now installed OK and a proper entry was inserted in the cpqsetup.log.

Why this is happening ?

Is there anything/services that need to be stop prior to launching PSP7.40A ?
