PSP Install failing at "Run Now" on all systems

Getting error "Could not execute the tool: Initial PSP install. No value was supplied for required arguement with prompt: Enter drive letter for setupc.exe..."

I have supplied the correct location in the repository. This location has the setupc.exe files and all other PSP files.

Version: Systems Insight Manager 5.1 with SP1 - Windows
Build version: C.05.01.00.02

Any ideas how to get this working? Full error is attached.
