PSP v8.11 & v8.15 Problems with clearing ASR
All,
I have a server which has clearly ASR'ed due to software deficiencies.
Insight Manager v5.2 shows the server as yellow.
When I access the SMHP and look at the Automatic System Recovery page, as shown attached, there is no longer any options in here to clear the ASR alert like there was in the previous PSP versions.
Can someone tell me how to clear this alert and why this option has now been removed?
Thanks in advance.
Mark.

This is what the old PSP versions were displaying. See attached.

Re: PSP v8.11 & v8.15 Problems with clearing ASR
Go into settings and change the SMH Data source from WBEM to SNMP.
You'll need to log back into the SMH, but you'll now find the fuller ASR under Server Configuration.

Re: PSP v8.11 & v8.15 Problems with clearing ASR
Hi Rob,
Many Thanks for that.
Has the default changed from SNMP to WBEM in the latest PSP's 8.10 and above?
Cheers
Mark
