Question Mark in PF Column
Hi:
I am having trouble getting the question mark to change to a checkmark in the PF column in the All Systems page.
I have one server completely working (all four green checks) and, incidentally, that server is the management server.
I've got another server that I'd like to monitor, and it has a green check in HW, MP, SW, but has a question mark in the PF column. The Management Processor is being detected, and is showing up as exisiting in the server it should be associated with.
On the System Page for the iLO, I see the following message:
Management Protocols SSH:Access Denied -- host key may have changed
I re-ran the mxagentconfig -g program, and it connected fine to the server in question.
I am really stuck here. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and rewarded with plenty of points.
If you need any more details, I would be happy to provide them.
Thanks in advance,
Francis

Re: Question Mark in PF Column
Here is some additional information on my issue:
On the server that works 100%, I get the following on the System Page under "Status Information":
Status Information
Hardware Status
from Insight Management Agents
from SNMP
from ping
Management Processor Status
Software Status
However, on the server that is not yet working 100%, I see only the following in the same section:
Status Information
Hardware Status
from ping
Management Processor Status
Software Status
The two listings that are missing from the second system are the Insight Manager Agents, and the SNMP. I am sure this can't be a good thing, but I am stumped about what could be causing this. I have gone over the settings on each machine a dozen times now, and everything seems to be quite identical. I could be missing something, but I don't see it.
When I click on the question mark in the PF column for the server I am working with, I get a message that tells me that "The Unknown status in your Performance (PF) column indicates that the device has not been licensed or doesn't meet the minimum requirements."
I know for sure that the minimum requirements are met, because the two computers I am working with here are identical systems. When I access the list of servers via the PMP Monitoring Administration link, the system I am having issues with does NOT appear on the list, and the system that is working does. I believe that both systems should be showing up on this list, but I haven't the foggiest why it isn't happening. I've clicked on the "Update Server List" button several times, but nothing new appears on the list.
Short of calling the HP support line, which I am trying to put off, I've got no idea what else to try.
I hope this additional information will motivate someone to take a look at my issue.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Question Mark in PF Column
Talked to a tech from HP and he solved my problem. Thanks.
