"Events Deleted by another user"

I am running SIM 4.2 on windows2003 and have a common (i.e. happened on different servers) problem where clicking a server in a list, selecting EVENTS tab, and getting an empty screen with "The view was deleted by another user"

I have no automated tasks to clear events other than INFORMATIONAL

I can click on the events lists and see all events as normal, but i cannot view a specific server's events by selecting it's event tab.

So the events are clearly still in the system, just not accessable from the individual device's view.

I have recently rebuilt this system fresh, and for a few weeks it works fine, then suddenly this happens, which it has done a few times.

Any ideas?
