"Product Name" only Proliant
Hi All,
I have two CMS installed on different servers both Windows Server 2003 (the first with SP1 the second without). On the first one I have HP SIM 4.1 installed and the only Global protocol settings configured is SNMP Read Community, and on the second HP SIM 4.2 SP2, with all Global protocol settings configured. The same community on both servers.
I have several server (8, on more than 180 in SIM), that the product name in the second SIM Server, is only “Proliant” instead of Proliant 8500, Proliant 5500, p.e.
If I go to Insigth Agents Home Page, the information there is there and is correct.
The agents versions on those machines, are several, from 6.40 to 7.30.
Does anyone as any idea what could be missing??
Thanks you
Alfre
