"The current system is no longer reachable"

From time to time, one of our remote servers gets disconnected for a second and then reconnected again due to some network issue. I get the "no longer reachable" alert from HP SIM, which is good. However, is there a way to set it up if the connection not comes back for 3 mintues then send alert instead of immediately? Many thanks.
