When i manuelly type http://servername:280 i get redirected to https://servername:50000/login.jsp
But still get the "The page cannot be displayed"
I have tried uninstalled SIM, reboot and the reinstall - but same error apperes efter reinstallation.
Any suggestions?

Are you logging in locally to SIM on the SIM server or from a different machine?
I'm sure you have verified the SIM service is running...
Have you tried logging in to the SIM server from a different machine?
Judging by your last post...it might be Java related.
