Reclassify alerts

Latest version of SIM

I am being sent critical alerts which I don not consider critical. How can I reclassify the event from Critical to minor or warning?

Go to Options, Events, SNMP Trap settings.
Select the MIB and the Trap name you wish to change. Then you can change the severity. I have done this with a few alerts.
