Remote Insight Board in SIM 4.1

SIM 4.1 does not seem to recognize my older RIB versions. The RIB name does not show up, only the IP address. Any idea how to change this? Also, the server in which the RIB is located shows a question mark (?) in the MP (Management Processor) column. Not sure if this is part of the same problem.
