Remote Support Configuration and Services

Since upgrading to Remote Support Client A.05.05 I am now getting the following message
Could not load the Remote Support Customer Information file.
Please refer to the Support Documentation for resolution steps

i have also installed Web Based Enterprise Services (WEBES) v5.1.


any ideas

Just to let everbody know that I had to do a manual install of webes and remote support client to get this to work.
