Remote Support pack

I do not have installed remote support pack and i need installed , How can i do it.

the Options , does not show the Remote Support pack item .

Installed version Sim 5.2

Upgrade to HP SIM 5.2 SP2 first. When you installed HP SIM 5.2 it created a blue HP icon on the desktop, it's the RSSWM (Remote Support Software Manager). Select this icon to start the RSP install.

FYI HP Field Support will install the RSP plugin for HP SIM for you if desired.
