Remote Support Software Manager - ISA Server

I am trying to run through the RSSM wizard and I am running into connection failres when test my proxy settings. I am using ISA server 2004 and I can see via the isa monitor that I made a successful connection to isee-updates.americas.hp.com but I keep getting a conection failure. The proxy settings are correct and I was wondering what ISA rules I need to make to get this to work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Chapter 8 Initializing the Remote Support Software Manager on the Central Management Server (CMS) the SWM device and access requirements part is the one that should interest you.


The proxy settings are correct : sure ?
Remote Support Software Manager does not support proxies using proxy auto-configuration scripts, NTLM authentication .
the protocol used is https (port 443).


Service Server name IP Address
HP Remote Support Software Manager isee-updates.americas.hp.com 15.232.64.127
HP Remote Support Client services-isee.americas.hp.com 15.232.48.172

It would probably be useful to authorize these 2 ip addresses on your ISA server.
